  • “The potatoes were just ok.”

  • “I really liked the way these potatoes looked when I took them out of the oven. They were beautifully browned and crispy on the bottom. They were also tasty but I think I need to tweak the seasonings, maybe add some garlic salt, to get them to my family’s taste.I laid chopsticks on either side of the potato halves to keep from slicing all the way through and I baked these in a non-stick, 9 x 13 pan.”

  • “Great potatoes.I also do they with a little basil, drizzel them with breafdcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. Very good”

  • “Very good.It was a nice change, and my husband liked them so much he asked for them again the next week.I added grated parmesan and some garlic salt before placing them in the oven.”

  • “These potatoes were delicious and very easy to make. I didn’t have any lemon pepper, so I just used regular freshly ground pepper and salt. Thanks”

  • “very nice recipe, I had other things in the oven, so cook time was a little longer, I also basted them several times with the butter that dripped off to keep it moist.”

  • “Great – lovely and yummy – just for variation I added spicy breadcrumbs and parmesan – YUMMY!!”
