  • “I made this for my picky husband and he really liked it. My husband won’t eat baked chicken breast but he’ll eat breast meat from a whole baked chicken (go figure) so I used a whole chicken though and rubbed the seasonings on it. It was good.”

  • “My husband said he could have eaten 3. This is simple and quick, which is what I’m always looking for.”

  • “My 3 year old daughter helped make this.So simple, yet so delicious. No leftovers tonight!”

  • “Easy and tasty!”

  • “Very easy to make andnice mild herb-flavor. The chicken breast was moist and tender when eaten right out of the oven. The left-overs do not retain their tenderness and lose a little flavor–so best eaten the day it is made. Great for a busy week-night dinner. Thank.s”

  • “Excellent & easy to make :)”

  • “This chicken was enjoyed by my entire family.SO FLAVORFUL and no extra seasoning needed.Served with roasted asparagus and potatoes. Thanks… I will definitely be making this in my rotation!”

  • “My kind of recipe. Simple to make anddelicious.I also increased the baking time to 45 mins. since the breasts were on the large side and they turned out just right!”

  • “DH loved the flavors and the simplicity. A great no-guilt recipe. Easy to make and super fast. I had pretty thin chicken so I baked for 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven…didn’t want it to dry out.”

  • “Very easy and quick yet really tasty.I served mine with leftover fried rice and broccoli.35 minutes in the oven wasn’t quite long enough so I just turned the oven off but left the chicken in the oven as it was cooling down.Perfect!”

  • “Five stars for great, healthy taste with such ease! Took about 5 minutes from start to finish and the result was moist and delicious. I’ve made it multiple times already, and plan to keep it around for a long time!! “

  • “So easy, but tastes like heaven. The chicken comes out so moist and tender! I must have used very thick chicken breasts, b/c mine took about 45-50 minutes to cook thoroughly. My husband devoured it, and the next day I put the leftovers into the processor with some mayo, celery, extra pepper and rosemary, and I ended up with the BEST chicken salad EVER! Thanks so much!!”

  • “Great! Didn’t have marjoram, but stuffed sliced garlic cloves under skin.”

  • “Made this twice last week, once at home and once at work.It turned out so well at home that I HAD to make it for the residents of the home for the elderly where I am a cook!Everyone loved it in both places! This is going in the regular rotation at both places!Thanx!”

  • “This is one of my favorite ways to make chicken…always flavorful. We have this at least once a week. Thanks for such an easy, yet great tasting recipe!”

  • “Thank you thank you, finally something i can make in a snap, and its so good, this is the 4th time i have made this, I put chunks of garlic in with the chicken and its even better.”
