Ingredients
3tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/4 cupblack olives, slivered
1/4 cupgreen onion, thinly sliced
1clovegarlic, minced
1tablespoonjalapeno pepper, minced and seeded
3tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoongranulated sugar
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Stir together tomatoes, olives, green onions, garlic and jalapeno.
Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper.
Stir both mixtures together.
Chill and enjoy!
