    Ingredients

    Part 1

  • 1/4 cupflour
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper
  • 1teaspoonwhite sugar
  • Part 2

  • 2cupswhole macadamia nuts or 2cupswhole cashews or 2cupswhole pistachios
  • 1/4 cupcoconut
  • Part 3

  • 2largeeggs
  • milk( a splash)
  • Directions

  • Mix together the first part.
  • Puree to dust or small chunks the second part.
  • whisk together the third part.
  • Put each in a separate bowl.
  • Dip the fish in Flour, egg and nuts and fry.
