    “This is my adaptation of a popular fast food salad”

    Ingredients

  • 1cupcooked, cubed chicken
  • 3 -4cupssalad greens
  • 1canmandarin orange, drained,reserve liquid
  • 1/2 cuptoasted sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cupcrispy chinese noodles
  • Oriental Dressing

  • 4tablespoonsoil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
  • 1tablespoonbrown sugar
  • 2tablespoonsmandarin orange liquid
  • 2teaspoonstoasted sesame oil
  • 2tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoonyellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoonground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1tablespoonsesame seeds
  • Directions

  • Mix dressing and toss with salad.
  • Serve at once.

The flavor of the dressing was good, just too heavy and oily.”
