    “Great recipe from Cooking Light!Very healthy, great with fish, chicken and on its own.Add avocados and/or onions for variety.”

    Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupschopped peeled mangoes
  • 1 1/2 cupschopped tomatoes
  • 2tablespoonsminced cilantro
  • 2tablespoonslime juice
  • 1tablespoonfinely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 1teaspoonminced peeled ginger
  • Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a glass or plastic container; cover and chill.
  • Enjoy.
