    Ingredients

  • 1green onion
  • 2tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
  • 2tablespoonsprepared horseradish
  • 2tablespoons seafood sauce or 2tablespoonsketchup
  • 1tablespoonfinely chopped chives
  • 1teaspoonhot pepper sauce( tobasco)
  • 1clovegarlic, smashed
  • 1teaspoonDijon mustard
  • salt
  • 2lbsmedium shrimp, cooked,peeled and deveined
  • Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except shrimp in large bowl.
  • Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  • Transfer shrimp mixture to serving bowl and serve with toothpicks.

It’s not terrible or anything. It was edible,just way too subtle for our tastes. I added more seafood sauce (spicy) and it still didn’t do it. When we ate it, we sprinkled Old Bay seasoning on it. We would have been happier to just dip plain cooked shrimp in cocktail sauce. I’ll put the leftovers in a salad or something, but I won’t make this again. Sorry.”
