PUL material by Eco-PUL ™ starts with lightweight polyester interlock (knit) material. The polyester interlock is coupled with TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), a thin elastic plastic movie. These two elements are bonded together into a single fabric utilizing a combination of heat, pressure, and adhesive.
