  • Reviews

  • “We tried this just this week. It’s delicious and unique.Love the creaminess with the texture of the ingredients.I recommend using extra sharp Cheddar (usually not found pre-shredded) – it seems to intensify the flavors.”

  • “This was good! But don’t use Miricle Whip, it makes it to soupy! You could also use Nacho Slices instead of fresh Jalapenos.”

  • “I took this to a gathering and everyone wanted the recipe.I aded extra cheese, some chopped red bell pepper and about 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (which really gave it a good flavor).Great recipe, thanks!”

  • “I made this tonight to take to a friend’s house. I doubled the cheese and cumin and added a touch of dried cilantro and ground black pepper. We were eating it with tortilla chips and saying how good it was, and my friend commented that she bet it would be good hot, too — so we microwaved some of it and discovered we liked it even better warm!A keeper around here; thanks for a great recipe.”

  • “Very tasty and unique dip!I plan to make it for my next potluck. The flavors really do intensify in the fridge overnight. For those who are worried about the spiciness, remember that the sour cream tames it down a little.I like it extra spicy, though!”

  • “What a great recipe!!The only change I made was to add crumbled bacon.Everyone raved over this dip and requested the recipe. This is certainly worth a 5 star rating.I always have to ignore those reviewers who change the recipe and then rate it low.”

  • “Sounded good so and had good reviews. Was going to take it to a party. My husband liked it and I did not.It didn’t do anything for me even though it had all those great ingredients.Won’t make again.”

  • “I love this dip! Whenever I take it to parties I always get requests for the recipe.”

  • “Really good.Didn’t have a jalapeno, so I used a little cayenne.”

  • “sometimes i add baco’s to it as well but i just love this recipe!!”

  • “Wow, this was excellent and will definitely be making it again.I didn’t have a small can of green chili’s so I substituted it with one chipolte in adobo sauce. It gave it a nice kick to it.Thanks for sharing!!”

  • “This is WONDERFUL! Fast, easy, and soooo flavorful! I did add some fresh cilantro and a bit more cumin-but that’s just personal-it certainly did not need it. I served w/ Frito’s and did warm it up on the second day-delicious both ways! Thank you for a great recipe!!!”

  • “Yup, this dip is a TOTAL winner!Has a great bite to it, great hot or cold, easy to prepare, really, really yummy!thanks SO much for posting!”

  • “Always a hit and even better that I didn’t have to type it out! Thanks for sharing.”

  • “I made exactly as written but I added about a half cup of drained, rinsed black beans…really an excellent dip!”

  • “I didn’t have “Mexican Corn” so I used whole corn & Rotel Tomatoes both drained.I skipped the can of green chilies because it was in the tomatoes. This is the better recipe due to the cumin, green onions, and jalapenos. Thanks”

  • “I brought this to a family gathering and it was a big hit, and as Kim D. said there were requests for the recipe. It’s very easy to put together and tastes great. Thanks for a new recipe!”
