  • 2cupsripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1mediumonion, chopped
  • 2/3 cupcucumber, diced
  • 6radishes, diced
  • 1/2 cupcilantro, chopped( use parsley if you don’t like cilantro)
  • 5jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 4teaspoonslime juice
  • salt
  • Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients except lime juice and salt, pour th lime juice over the veggies, salt to taste and serve immediately.
