1/2 cupmilk
2tablespoonsbutter
2tablespoonslemon juice
2egg yolks, slightly beaten
Directions
In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Cook over low heat just until thickened, stirring constantly.
Do not boil.
Serve with cooked vegetables or fish.
