  • “I had never heard of Monkey Bread. It’s really very good! Made it for breakfast for my fellow coworkers. If I hadn’t snitched a couple of pieces for myself before I brought it in, I wouldn’t have gotten any! It was gone in seconds! :-)”

  • “These are just plain fun and so yummy, flaky, sweet and nutty. The fun of Monkey Bread is pulling off biscuits to eat.A great brunch item.”

  • “This is a great recipe to make with kids because they can do the majority of the preparation and it’s a lot of fun. However, most recently, this was a hit at the adult party. We couldn’t stop eating it!I recommend using only one stick (half cup) of butter.”

  • “Wish I could give this more than 5 starts.I have made this many times. The first time, I used Grand Biscuits………….I love them better than the inexpensive ones, so I splurged….however, It is FAR better with the inexpensive canned biscuits. Thanks again for the great Recipe.”

  • “This is soooooo good & easy to make :). It took about 50 minutes for mine to be completely done, the last 25 minutes I put foil over the top so it wouldn’t get too brown. I would love to add diced up apples. Thank you for sharing!”

  • “These are great! We did not need as many as the recipe made so used one container of biscuits and modifed the other ingredients. We left out the nuts to satisfy our taste. Will make these again! Thanks for sharing!”

  • “This is amazing!!*** Just make sure you get the 3 SMALL cans of biscuits.I accidentally bought the large cans the first time and it took forever to cook through.”

  • “We made this as part of my 9yr olds slumber party breakfast. What a hit! :)I made 2 batches for 12 girls and theres just a small bit left over.I did find with my over it took about 10 min longer so make sure you pluck out a center nugget to taste before turning onto plate.Thank you.”

  • “Followed the recipe exactly. I reccomend using the full cup of margarine to make it just right. It’s totally fattening anyways-might as well make it worth it!”

  • “Easy and fast.I use one can of Grands buttermilk bisquits which fits a loaf pan perfectly. No nuts for my family as a personal preference.Otherwise, I follow the recipe as directed with great results.Easy, fast, delicious!Thank you, Christine!”

  • “I make this for my family and we love it.However, what I do is mix the sugars and cinnamon in a bowl and toss the quartered biscuit pieces to coat them.I put the nuts in the bottom of the pan, then put in the sugar coated pieces on top THEN drizzle the melted butter (1 stick) over the top. Then, when done, I turn it over onto a pizza plate :)I bake mine for 27 min at 350 degrees and it turns out PERFECT every single time.”

  • “I used homemade dough and it didn’t seem to change a thing!I made this for the girlz at work as a “thank-you”.They looooved it!!!I’m going to let the kids in my school-age program make this one on their own.Good Stuff:)”

  • “This is one of the best monkey bread recipes I’ve tried.I will cut down on the sugar in the sugar/cinnamon mix.I will use 1/4 cup next time I make it.Otherwise, delicious!”

  • “Oh My!! WOW!! These are so good.I had never made these before and I will be making these again. Easy and so good. I did put the cinnamon and sugar in a baggie and shook the biscuits in it. Thanks so much for the recipe!”

  • “25 minutes wasn’t nearly long enough for ours. The edges were done and were super tasty but the middle was just raw mush. We picked off the edges since we were hungry and threw the rest back in for another 20 minutes and it STILL was mushy in the middle.”

  • “My daughter’s friend was spending the night and mentioned monkey bread so I found this recipe.I used a homemade roll dough, but used this sauce (halved the sugar) It was delicious and met with the friend’s approval! :)25 minutes was just right.Thank you for the recipe!”

  • “I made some tonight, and it turned out great! Most likely will make again. Thanks for the great recipe!”

  • “This was excellent!I’ve been looking for a monkey bread recipe and was thankful to find this.My boys devoured it!They absolutely loved the taste, as did I!The bread was soft and not chewy or overcooked. The individual pieces were coated nicely – not too much, not too little.Fabulous recipe!”

  • “My husband for the past 5 years have been asking me to make Monkey Bread, not sure why its taken me this long to look up a recipe! It was AWESOME!!! and EASY the kids loved it! I used pillsbury grands cut into 6 pieces each, my husband wanted them more crispy but they were cooked all the way.Tasted wonderful we all loved it.Next time I will half the cinnamon sugar part and only try just the 1/2 cup margarine I did about 3/4 cup this time. Made again used cheapo biscuits quartered and half butter/half margarine- awesome!”

  • “This was perfect.I made mine with three 16 oz cans of Grands Bisquits, 1 cup of butter, doubled the cinnamon and sugar (but didnt need it all) put it back into container for later use.I baked it for 30 min, then covered with foil for another 20 minutes then turned it upside down onto some parchment paper.I looked exactly like the picture on the cover.Perfectly doughy, perfectly sweet and moist.I am in Love!Thank you for the recipe, I will be making this again and again.”
