  • “Excellent apple cake.My DH ate two big slices of this cake.It was soooooo good! Thanks for posting this lovely cake recipe.”

  • “I have made this twice already and it was a huge hit!!! My husband loves it!!! Thank you! I will make this many times again!”

  • “This cake is fabulous! It’s very dense, like a coffee cake.I used the OJ option and did not make any changes to the recipe, and it turned out great. The bake time seems a bit long, but it’s so dense that it really needs it.My husband loves it and asked if I can make more. This will definitely go in my favorite recipes section.”

  • “This cake is awesome! I thank you for posting this, and I didn’t have a bundt pan, so I make it in a regular cake (glass)pan. it was so easy, but the batter was a little dry/stiff so I added just a little more oj to make it more of a pliable consistency. being generous with the sugar cinnamon mixture is the key. I actually have a great organic “apple pie spice” mixture & used that… turned out awesome, my house smelled so good while it baked, this cake tastes like the expensive apple cinnamon candles smell, lol.I am going to pass this on to all my family & friends. This would make any grandma proud to say that she baked it. If you have anyone that you want to inpress…. make this cake!would be great lightly drizzled with a cream cheese icing, or simply with butter melted on it.”

  • “Absolutely phenomenal cake that I have been making for a couple fo years now…especially when company is coming! I always use the orange juice, and usually use 4 apples.Thank you, thank you for a delicious recipe!”

  • “This was a GREAT recipe 🙂 I altered it a little by chopping up the apples and mixing them throughout the batter. I also didnt have a bundt pan, so I put it into a 13 x 9 pan and baked for about an hour. It still came out terriffic. This is definitely a keeper. Thank you for sharing.”

  • “This is wonderful. My husband was very impressed. My 3-year old was actually helpful in making this as it was so easy! Will definitely make again.”
