Office Style: His & Hers

Office Style: His & Hers

We’re inspired by so much here at the office – especially each other.

Man or woman, creativity flows freely here and the influence can be seen clearly in a flat-brimmed hat, collared shirt, easy trousers. Judging by everyone’s looks this week, we’re all feeling the influence of the menswear trend.

I loved Chrissy’s combination of a breezy vintage dress and flat-brimmed hat. Perfect for the incredible late-summer heat we’ve been treated to this week.

Get the look: Classic Flat Top Boater, Float on A Sunbeam Maxi, Arizona Birkenstock.

When in doubt, a chambray shirt and cuffed trousers in the same color family, like Alex’s look, always looks great.

Get the look: Oversized Classic Buttondown, Relaxed Herringbone Chino, Casey Loafer.

Real-life couple Whitney and Brian’s outfits compliment each other perfectly in shades of blue and tangerine. I love how Whitney’s bright dress allows her jewelry — which she designed — to shine.

Get the look: Hollaback Fit and Flare, Left Bank Ankle Boot, Stripe Bell Sleeve Buttondown, Slim Jim Jogger.

Jana always manages to look completely stylish and completely comfortable, all at once. Here, she takes what could be an everyday combination — pants + shirt — up a few notches with pattern and a cool pair of sneakers. Also, I can’t get over how rad her hair is.

Get the look: Yard Check Hi Rise Crop, That Summer Night Tunic, Vintage Canvas Ox Chucks.

Nothing toughens up a sweet dress like autumn-ready boots and a wide-brim hat. This outfit of Kate’s caught my eye, it’s perfect for this time of year.

Get the look: Textured Overcoat, Harry’s Babe Dress, Clipperton Felt Hat, Style Nine Ankle Boot.
