  • “I must have done something wrong here,my pudding came out very dry and hard, seemed to be overdone.I know, should have checked earlier.I did stir after one hour and left in on low for three more hours.Disapointing..Sorry.Don Steele”

  • “Made this for DH, and he loved it!Could not have been easier.I used a liner for my crock pot, used 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, and 1 cup raisins.”

  • “Thanks Christine, for an easy and good recipe.I’ve been craving Rice Pudding for awhile, it was something my Grandmother always made special for me when I was little and I haven’t had it since she passed away. The taste was wonderful, just a little sweet so next time (and there will be a next time) I’ll just use a little less brown sugar.I left out the raisins, as I don’t like them but did everything else exactly.Placed them in individual ramikins when done and everyone liked them and they looked good enough for company. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a little drier than I like, would have prefered a little creamer, but maybe it was just in my crock pot a little to long.At any rate, great taste and ease of preparation makes this a keeper. Thanks for posting.Bonnie”
