They fit slightly larger on a newborn but that is what gives it its great Nerd Glasses affect. They fit a toddler absolutely perfectly. The frames are all plastic, no metal accents like others (these are smaller than the ones with metal accents). I am the only seller on Etsy with this style of glasses. If you are needing measurements please email and I would be more than happy to give you the frame measurement. There is no lenses in these glasses, frames only.
