< br/ > ~ CHRISTMAS LANTERNS CROCHET PATTERN ~

< br/ >< br/ > A set of 6 lanterns to hang on your Christmas tree. There is and Angel, Candle light, Christmas Tree and Stocking. The round lanterns are made by making motifs which are then operated in to a bangle before signing up with together.

As constantly, the thread I have used is DMC Petra/Perle. I love the way this thread feels – and the fact it is machine washable and comes in loads of beautiful colours. Petra can be found in 100g balls or you can use Perle which is available in 25m skeins or 45m/10g balls.

Materials: DMC Perle/Petra No. 5 in a range of colours to suit, Metal bangles in 6cm and 7cm diameter.

Devices: 1.5 mm hook, 2.00 mm hook, Needle for stitching in ends.

Completed Size:< br/ > Between 12cm and 16cm high. (not coming with a hanging loop)

Tension (UK terms): Utilizing Perle No. 5 and 2.00 mm hook, 13 dc and 15 rows to 5cm square. Utilizing Perle No. 5 and 1.50 mm hook, 18 dc and 19 rows to 5cm square.

Crucial! These lanterns are created to be used with battery powered LED tea lights, NOT wax candle lights.
