This Regency inspired design pattern makes a fully lined collared cape with an optional over-cape and huge teemed bonnet. The collar and the over-cape are cut in a contrasting bias or lace edging might be used as a choice. The cape and over-cape fasten at the neckline with button loop and button or hook and eye closure.
