    “This frosty drink is sooo good in the summertime. It also makes the perfect breakfast when you’re short on time because it has fruit, protein, dairy…very healthy, and does a great job of keeping your tummy happy until lunch rolls around. Kids also love this. Recipe can easily be halved or doubled.”

    Ingredients

  • 2ripe bananas
  • 1 1/4 cupsmilk
  • 1cupice cube
  • 3tablespoonspeanut butter
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  • Directions

  • Cut bananas into chunks.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve in chilled glasses with straws.
