I noticed the ingredients did not list baking powder but it is mentioned in the instructions, so I added 1/4 teaspoon, also there was no time given for chilling the dough, I chilled for 15 minutes, it certainly made it easier to handle. Regardless they are lovely cookies and I will make them again. I happened to have some unsalted peanuts on hand so for half the batch I placed a peanut in the middle.The cook time was perfect, turned out lovely golden brown. Thanks for sharing a good one.”
