Pizza Salad

    “I got this from a quick crafts magazine. Delicious pasta salad with a twist.”

    Ingredients

  • 1 (16ounce) packages shell macaroni
  • 1mediumsweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1mediumgreen pepper, chopped
  • 1largetomato, chopped
  • 4 -6green onions, sliced
  • 1 (4ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) cans ripe olives, drained and sliced
  • 2 1/2 ouncessliced pepperoni
  • 2clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1teaspoondried oregano( I used pizza seasoning)
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  • 1 (8ounce) bottles Italian salad dressing
  • 1 (4ounce) cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2tablespoonsgrated parmesan cheese
  • Directions

  • Cook shells; drain and cool.
  • Add next 7 ingredients and toss.
  • Add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper; toss.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Just before serving, add dressing and chesses; toss.
