Philodendron nangaritense – NSE Tropicals
via: www.nsetropicals.com
This recently discovered Ecuadorian Philo is sure to blow you away! The gorgeous green leaves start out blush pink and the petioles are bright red with “fuzz”. As the new leaf hardens off, the whole thing turns green. The leave are said to get to about 2 ft across in the wild. The growth habit is similar to P. gloriosum or P. mamei. It doesn’t climb, but rather creeps along the ground. This plant is very rarely found in collections and this is a good time to add it to yours. The leaves on the plants we have available are about 8-9″ long
