    Ingredients

  • 1 (30ounce) cans pumpkin
  • 1 (1ounce) package sugar-free fat-free butterscotch pudding
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 8ouncesfat-free whipped topping
  • 1teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1teaspooncinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoonground nutmeg
  • Directions

  • Combine pumpkin and pudding mix.
  • Add water and mix well to combine.
  • Stir in extract and spices.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours.
