This listing is for a 1 oz. tin of my initial dish Rosemary Steak Rub. This is an herbaceous rub that provides fantastic depth to grilled and roasted meats. I use great deals of rosemary, oregano, a little garlic, salt and other spices to develop this delicious reward. This is my favorite rub for filet minion – best pairing with a strong glass of Cabernet.

All of my creations are made from fresh fruit and vegetables, augmented with local farmer’s market produce.
