  • “I loved this!I made this for my daughters fiesta party and we liked it so much I tripled the recipe and canned it.I will never buy salsa again.”

  • “This recipe gets the highest marks available. I found this to be a simple, easy and delicious salsa recipe. I prefer “chunkless” salsa because I do not care for peppers of any kind or onions, but this recipe was fantastic. I simply minced all the vegetables in my little food chopper and it turned out perfect. I canned 8 quart jars and I will be canning another batch probably next week. I can’t keep it. Excellent recipe post. Thank you very much.”

  • “I thought this tasted just like salsa at the restaurant. Very good. This first time I put too much onion (they were big onions) so I cut it for the next batch. The key ingredient is the lime juice. I also blended the salsa until it was mush.”

  • “This was so fast and easy to make. I will add fresh jalepenos next time to add heat. Gets even better as it sits overnight. There are young kids in the house, 2 and 4 and they loved it too. Definately not a spicy salsa but very good taste.*****Update.I bought the jalepenos and was making a double batch with my sil and while we doubled everything, we forgot to double the tomatoes. We tasted the salsa and it was spicy! So we didnt add the jalepenos!Everyone loved it, so we left it alone!Very good! Thanks for the great recipe.”

  • “I really liked this recipe. It wasn’t as spicy as I usually would like it so I added an extra can (about 4 oz) of canned green chilis, 2 jalapeno peppers and used a whole onion instead of half of one. It will make a lot of salsa! Perfect for a party or get-together.:) I will never buy canned salsa again!! Thank you for posting!”

  • “This quick and easy. We dont get canned chilies here So I used 1/2 a fresh milk green chilie and we still found it too hot for our liking. I will use this recipe but lessen the chili future.”

  • “This was fun and easy to make. I made this for a party at work and everyone asked for the recipe…Next time I make this I am going to put the onion and green chilies in the blender by themselves and blend until they are mush.”

  • “This is easy and delicious. My husband had a close military friend who made salsa so popular that he ended up starting a business. He said this tasted very similar to his original recipe. This is excellent salsa and I don’t plan on buying jarred salsa again as easy as this was too make. Highly recommended!”
