  • “Not hard to make and very very good.”

  • “Most excellent, Bev!The chilean sea bass that I got flaked perfectly after steaming for about six minutes.I served it over a sugar snap pea mixture with carrots, mushrooms & onions that I microwave/steamed (Birds Eye Bag of frozen veggies). The only thing I did different was sprinkled sesame seeds over the top and also used a low sodium soy sauce. Very good and extremely healthy!”

  • “This was delicious. I didn’t have pineapple juice though, but I’ll have to try that next time around. I added lemon and lime juice as well. I baked the fish instead and it was great. Thanks!”

  • “This was very nice. I do feel it was missing a little something. Next time I will try 1/4 cup soy sauce (in hopes of highlighting the other flavors a bit more) and a couple cloves of garlic.”

  • “Delicious combination of flavors! I marinated the fish for an hour as I didn’t notice in time to do it for 2 hours. It was perfect! Thanks for sharing!”

  • “It was just okay.I was a little dissapointed because I thought the sauce would be more sweet and tangy. If I try it again I may try using OJ concentrate to see if that might do the trick.”

  • “OMG, it was wonderful.First not only it was my first time making Sea Bass, but my first time cooking fish!My guests loved it. After they were done eating, the dishes were wiped clean. Thanks for the recipe, Bev.Jo”
