Our pins are made with the residues of our boxes pins, 1.5 & quot; & quot; nickel-free stainless-steel pin backs and brass wood screws to hold them in place (NO GLUE)! We cut each pin by hand and use 400 grit for the final hand-sanding stage. We apply three coats of polyurethane oil surface to secure the wood from outdoor moisture. We NEVER EVER utilize spots.
