Sour Cherry Pie

  • Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupscherries
  • 1cupsugar
  • 5tablespoonsflour
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
  • 2teaspoonsminute tapioca
  • 2tablespoonsbutter
  • Directions

  • Mix cherries with sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and tapioca.
  • Might look kind of funny, but that is ok.
  • Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
