  • “My mom made this for me when I was little and now I make it all the time! Perfect in pumpernickel. :)”

  • “I can’t believe I forgot to rate this! This dip is wonderful and definately a crowd pleaser. I made it for our 4th of July cookout and the whole dip/bowl everything was gone before our barbeque was even finished cooking!!Thanks so much for a great recipe!”

  • “We had friends over to watch the Packer game yesterday and it was a big hit!It was so easy to make and everyone ate it up.Served it in a hollowed-out loaf of sourdough and use the inside pieces for dipping along with carrots and celery. This is my permanent recipe!! Thx Bev!”

  • “A hit at our New Year’s Eve party!I couldn’t find a large bread round (boo), so I mixed it up in a bowl and served w/slices of baguette which I had toasted in the oven w/butter and garlic.I liked the toasts, but would skip the garlic next time, cause it might have been a little overpowering.Anyway, everyone loved the dip – thanks so much for posting it, Bev! :)”

  • “My sister, Chris, made this for our Cousins Christmas party. We love it!I made her leave the leftovers for me to eat. This spread gets made into sammies if I don’t have any Hawaiian bread on hand.LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!”

  • “I made this for a vow renewal party and OH MY GOSH! This was sooo good! I used frozen whole spinach and cooked it down first, cooled it and added it the other ingredients..I put it in a pumpernickel bowl…this went so fast! I am making one just for me I think *smile*…Thank you for posting this! It is fabulous!!”

  • “Yum! This is so easy and real tasty too!Always a pleaser.Friends are always telling me to make this when we are having a get together:)”

  • “I have only one thing to say. this recipe is GREAT! But you MUST use Mayo, and not mircule whip. Mircule Whip is too sweet and it make the dip taste and you loose the favlor of the spinish. “

  • “This was fantastic in a bread bowl.So much nicer than just a plain bowl.Very easy to make.”
