  • 1cupfresh strawberries
  • 3/4 cupskim milk
  • 1/2 cuplow-fat plain yogurt
  • 3teaspoonsbrown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonvanilla essence
  • Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth.
