  • “What a very easy dessert to make. Thanks for the recipe.”

  • “Evie, I made this dessert for our Christmas celebration. It was rich, creamy and delicious, and everyone loved it.I almost put some frozen raspberries in with the strawberries, but they were unsweetened and I was concerned they would be too tart. Next time I might try them, or get fresh ones. Thanks for a lovely recipe which I will make again. “

  • “JanS made this for us while we were in Melbourne and it was a huge hit.Dave then made it again for our Christmas Day Dinner using the raspberry mix as Jan suggested. Again a huge hit. Very quick and easy to put together with delicious results. Thanks Evie! “

  • “I am re-reveiwing this as I make it the second time this month. I really can’t believe that no-one else has tried this simple but stunning dessert recipe. Like Evie says, it’s made in about 15 minutes, can be made the night before you need it, and your guests will love it. I always add a punnet of raspberries to the mix along with the strawberries, and make a double mix to fill a crystal bowl I own.”
