Supreme Burgers

  • Ingredients

  • 2lbsbeef, Ground
  • 1 1/2 ouncesonion soup mix, 1 Envelope
  • 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs, Dry
  • 1cupsour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoonpepper
  • Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
  • Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.

  • “This sounded good to us so I made them. However, I used 1/2 c quick oats in place of the bread crumbs and I added some medium hot diced green chilies to the mix. My hubby put a slice of pepper jack cheese on his as well. YUM! Thanks for sharing this! I will definitely make them again.”

Maybe without the breadcrumbs it would have tasted better, but not sure. Didn’tseem to taste like sour cream and the the soup mix seemed to over power the burger. Sorry!”
