    “This is great for chicken, game hens, shrimp or fish!”

    Ingredients

  • 2teaspoonsground coriander
  • 2teaspoonsground cumin
  • 2teaspoonsgaram masala
  • 2teaspoonsground ginger
  • 2teaspoonspaprika
  • 2teaspoonsturmeric
  • 1teaspoonground cardamom
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonswhite pepper
  • 1/2 teaspooncayenne
  • 2teaspoonsgarlic powder
  • Directions

  • Mix well all ingredients and store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
