  • “I love this recipe…been making it for a couple of years!!super easy, super good!!and Healthy too!!”

  • “Really fast, super easy, and healthy, too. Pounded the chicken breasts first as I usually do. Served with brown rice and pan-roasted broccoli. Thanks for sharing the recipe!”

  • “This is my favorite version of a Salsa chicken!!!!Great flavor!!!”

  • “Not exactly what our family likes to eat. I followed the recipe exactly.I don’t particuarly like a sweet spin to my chicken. It’s very easy and would be wonderful for an inexperienced cook or someone looking for something very simple and easy to make.Served with mexican rice and steamed broccoli.”

  • “Quick, easy and delicious!!!! Thanks coconut cream!!! Made for Spring PAC 2007”

  • “Great tasting chicken, & what an easy recipe to follow! My ‘kick’ came from mild salsa, but that’s OK [we get our kicks where we can.]!! I DID double the recipe for the sauce, ’cause I like that kind of thing ALL OVER my brown rice! Thanks for the recipe!”

  • “This was fantastic! I used mild sauce, Splenda brown sugar & spicy brown mustard (not a fan of dijon!)I pan fried the chicken till it was done, then added the sauce on low heat & simmered for a few min. Tasty, easy & so delicious! Served it with some corn, salald & garlic bread. Loved the combo of flavors. Will make again for sure!”

  • “If I knew how to do the real Texas 2-Step, I would be strutting my stuff down the streets of Iceland today to celebrate having this for dinner last nite. This is so easy to make & even easier to eat! I used chicken wings since breasts run between $11-$12/lb & I do not go there! I admit I was a skeptic about the combo of flavors, but it was wonderful & these wings would make great Super Bowl party fare – a little messy to eat, but the plate would be clean when everyone goes home! Thx for sharing this keeper w/us. Yum! (Shhh – Can it be our little secret I sopped up the sauce w/bread in the kitchen after dinner? Shhh)”

  • “My husband and I love this recipe. Very easy and tasty. I always cover my dish with foil to keep chicken extra moist. I also like to serve this over egg noodles, or with egg noodles on the side with butter and cracked pepper.”

  • “This was the best chicken I’ve had in a long time.Followed the recipe exactly, except the chicken comes out best in my particular oven at 350 degrees for 32 minutes.I served over white rice with broccoli and cheese on the side.We will defintely be having this recipe at least 1-2 times per month.”

  • “Delicious!!! we will have often.so glad when I find a simple yet very tasty recipe.”

  • “This was easy and very yummy.I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks!”

  • “This is so easy and so tasty- I used thighs instead of breasts. Temp & timing perfect for breasts 5 minutes more for thighs. Definayely do again recipe”

  • “Good”

  • “We really liked the dish but we bought some pretty thick chicken breasts and had to add an extra 25 minsthan specified.”

  • “We have been eating this for years and it is one of our favorite dishes.I serve it with steamed brown rice and a vegetable.”

  • “I’ve tried salsa chicken once before and found so-so.The addition of the mustard and brown sugar add a good deal more flavor to the dish and make it less flat.I made 4 breasts and used enough sauce for 6 which gave me enough to really slather it on.The chicken was cooked perfectly – very tender and moist but no pink even in the thick side of the breasts. Thankscoconutcream. “

  • “This is a really great meal and so quick and easy!It will be a new staple.”

  • “This is a very tasty recipe that I have made twice. The leftovers were great also.I added this recipe to my list of favorites and will be making this again! Thanks for sharing.”
