  • “Fantastic!I change up the ratios just a tiny bit to fit my family’s tastes. We use it constantly!”

  • “Excellent blend!”

  • “This is an absolutely wonderful spice blend! I used it for Luvin’ Texas’ Recipe #230445 recipe. Cannot wait to try it on chicken and seafood! I made the whole batch, turned out to be a very handy spice mix! Thank you, Chef Blade, for sharing this wonderful recipe!”

  • “This is a terrific spice mix! I made just a third of it, after choosing it as your recipe to cook after you won the football pool! But … I will be making the FULL batch soon to include spice bottles of it in some xmas “foodie” gift baskets I’m going to make up. I’ve used it twice so far — added it to a blah sauce (it really perked it up, I was very pleased) and sprinkled it on some cubed skinless boneless chicken breasts before cooking them up. Both times the results were very flavourful. Keep those good recipes coming!”

  • “I made about a half order of this spice up, and made some burgers. I coated them and pan-seared them until they were done. The burgers were delicious! They had a spicy little kick and tasted like burgers you’d order from a restaurant. I still have plenty of spice left even having made half an order so I have plans to use some more on chicken breast, I’ll have to let you know how that turns out. Congrats on winning the football pool! And thanks for posting such a great recipe!”
