  • “Lindsey & I made these and served them with Honey Mustard & Ketchup — the condiments are definitely worth it if you want to splurge.Otherwise, plain ol’ salt & pepper (and maybe garlic salt) work great.”

  • “I made these with simple shake&bake chicken breasts. They browned up nicely and the seasoning was phenomenal. So easy to make and I will be making them often. Perfect portion for 2. Thanks for sharing Eli.”

  • “Yummy! These were so simple, easy, and tasted great. Thanks for sharing. Made for Chef Alphabet Soup Tag.”

  • “These are awesome. I am a HUGE french fry fan and these are better than anything you can get in the store. I used 3 potatoes, threw in some garlic salt, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Used a freezer bag to mix and threw the bag in the fridge until ready to cook, came out great!! They did stick a lil, don’t forget to spray the cookie sheet.”

  • “Perfect name and a great recipe. Us unemployed thank you!”

  • “I make these often. I put the potatoes in a plastic bag and then add olive oil and seasonings, just squish the bag, then pour onto the sheet pan. I often use steak seasoning or just start grabbing jars from the spice rack.”

  • “Excellent way to fix potatoes. I prefer to use extra virgin olive oil and season wit Lowrys Seasoned Salt.”

  • “these are really good..very very easy My potatoes were done quite a bit quicker due probably to my cutting and oven temp variations for the seasoning i used Recipe #115793it is a awsome spice mix..I usually omit the last salt called for in the recipe depends on how saltly the seasoned salt is..anyway back to this recipe..very easy great results 1st time you make them check before stated time as we might cut them a bit thinner/smaller..also some kinds ofpotatoes tend to cook faster then others”
