I used just the green zucchini, peppers, carrot and added red onion, cauliflower and broccoli.As I was finishing cooking it I felt it was a wee bit dry so I added a couple of tablespoons of chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.We enjoyed it very much and will make it again.”
