This is a vintage 1980’s aqua polka dot strapless formal gown by Mike Benet Formals. The gown has a satin trim at the top and a big fluffy skirt. There are a few little snags in the nylon leading layer at the hem, however absolutely nothing too noticeable. General condition is really excellent.
