I like this! I think the large billowing fabric with roses in the center is charming with an edge.
There is a concealed zipper down the back with a single metal eye hook closure. Made by Janine this skirt dates back to the late 80’s and is in outstanding condition. It has 3 layers – the very first is a metallic cream colored poly skirt that is rather brief, it is then over laid with a black lace skirt that is the length of the large material that lays over top of that. Label reads size medium however fits like a little to extra little.
