Weekend Snapshot: Lone Ranger

There’s nothing quite like it…

…Driving fast down the open road, windows down, not a care in the world. It’s one of my favorite things to do. I long for car rides that take me to places where it’s only earth, wind, and that feeling of freedom. Isolating myself from others is something that I need to do to check back in and get in balance with everything going on in my life. When I’m alone in that moment, all I have is the horizon in the distance, good music filling my ears, and the perfect time to think.

Take a long drive this weekend, and keep the company to just you. It’s quite all right to be a lone ranger every now and again.
