What To Pack For Pitchfork!

What To Pack For Pitchfork!

Pitchfork Music Festival is one that I have yet to experience, and I couldn’t be more excited to make the trip to Chicago next week and finally get the chance to be a part of it!

I have only heard good things about Chicago, and some of the local store girls sent me over quite the list of cool places/areas I should check out. (Shout out to you guys for being so helpful! Thank you!)

There have been a few items on my mind that I can’t wait to take a long with me. When going to cover festivals, I normally have to carry a lot of things around with me. Camera, multiple lenses, chargers…it adds up pretty quickly, so I always try to make sure that I will be extra comfortable in my outfit choices. Comfortable shoes are key! Especially when you are on your feet most of the day.

I love t-shirt dresses, so the Keep Me Tee Dress is for sure coming with me. I like the way a light shirt or jacket looks tied around the waist, and this always comes in handy if it starts to get cooler in the evening!

I’ve had my eye on this backpack for a while now. If anyone knows me, they know I love a little bit of fringe, and this is the perfect size for carrying around a festival. It’s not so big that it becomes annoying, but large enough to hold all of the essentials!

One of the things I love about festivals is the excuse it gives you to spend some time in the sunshine! I like wearing strapless tops so that I don’t get tan lines on my shoulders. My style is more tomboy than girly, so adding in a baseball cap and boots to this look keeps it cool and relaxed.

Who else is going to Pitchfork? If you have any suggestions on cool things to check out in Chicago, I’d love to hear them!
