Windows & Doors Of Amsterdam
There’s something about a man-made structure covered in leaves and vines that just totally pulls me in like a magnet – and when I was in Amsterdam last month, I found myself surrounded with this kind of beauty with every turn.
It felt like almost every door or window I came across was accompanied by nature in one way or another, like old pals who’ve grown together since day one. Sometimes it was just a subtle hint of green; others it was the complete submergence of it. In either case, it always felt just right. Nature living in harmony with man-made, and me… living peacefully among both.
Amsterdam, you are a beaut.
