To measure your head:
Place a measuring tape on your forehead just above eyebrow level and pass it around your head, ensuring that the widest part of the head is included. Common sizes for women are about 21 1/2 & quot; / 56 cm -23 & quot; /59.6 cm. Men are about 22 & quot; -24 & quot ;. It should be a snug measurement, I will add 1/2 & quot; /1.3cm for ease.
