  • “My mom swears that not only are these the most amazing biscuits she has ever tasted, but found that they were just about the easiest to make, too! We had to use the whole 1 cup of yogurt.Absolutely melt-in-your-mouth!”

  • “Another AWESOME recipe! I used wheat flour and it was perfect! I did bake it longer than suggested like some others have mentioned. Nice and crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside! :)”

  • “These are great- nice and easy to make.We baked this on parchment paper, which was helpful in getting them off of the pan.We also like to add a bit of sage and other herbs to give it a bit of extra flavour.”

  • “These are very nice! I used a whole cup of fat-free yogurt, skipped the cheese, and added instead some brown sugar, vanilla and a bunch of chocolate chips. I baked them probably about 20-25 min, and they came out soft inside and crunchy on the outside. Thanks for the recipe !”

  • “I took goodmorningburger’s lead and left out the cheddar except I left the recipe instead of halfing it, and added 2 tsp vanilla and topped with sugar, they turned out great. thanks.”

  • “If you like scones, you will fine these delicious.I found this recipe years ago in a Canadian Living magazine. They are yummy!”

  • “I think these scones are wonderful.Very easy to make.I added a little garlic powder.I didn’t have enough cheddar so I mixed it with some provolone. Delicious.I will definately make these again. Thanks”

  • “Ohh, did these ever taste good with Katzen’s Beef Stew recipe #209431…I love scones and tea biscuits, they’re one of my favourite things in the whole world. I used 1 cup whole wheat and 3/4 cup spelt flour, and 1 cup yogurt, yielded 10 servings. Thanks for posting, may you have many more reviews.”

  • “This is a great recipe! Really easy to make. I added onions and it was terrific. After the 1st hour, they were mostly gone!”

  • “OHHH, WONDERFUL!I halved the recipe and omitted the cheese, added a tsp of vanilla, and baked with a sprinkle of sugar on top, baked in a convection oven at 375ºF for 11 minutes…As I type, I am truly in heaven.Crispy exterior, soft, dreamy interior with a hint of sweetness! When I get my premium membership, this is the first photo going up, for sure!Beautiful & delicious!”

  • “These scones turned out to be beautiful, golden delicious-looking scones. They taste great, too. My mother and brother liked them also.”

  • “These were delicious. To be honest I anticipated that they’d be awful, but I couldn’t resist trying cheddar scones when all i’ve ever had was fruit or nut scones. I brought them to coffee hour and they were quickly devoured. They’ll be made numerous times, thanks.”

  • “Lovely tasting scones, nice way to use up some yogurt. I also make a circle and precut into triangles, had to bake them about double the time.We really liked them but found them a bit heavy on the bottom, I will make them again, loved the taste, but perhaps will bake at lower temp. thanks for sharing.”

  • “Absolutely wonderful!! I was searching for a recipe to use up some plain yogurt, and decided to give this one a go. Boy, am I glad I did! These were sooo easy. I decided to be lazy and shaped the dough into one big mound instead of individual rounds, which added a few min. to the baking in order to get the center baked. I cut into wedges after baking. Will definitely be making these again…maybe with the addition of some garlic powder? Thanks for posting!~Manda”

  • “Perfect! As an avid baker and newbie here, I’m very impressed.I used a full cup of yogurt and just a tad of Pecorino Romano cheese because I didn’t have enough cheddar.Plopped the dough onto a floured surface and flattened slightly.Used round cutter and they made exactly 8 plus one baby biscuit (for tasting purposes).Placed on a silpat lined cookie sheet and they were in my mouth in 14 minutes (okay, I was hungry).Great recipe and a definite keeper. Thanks!”
