In my opinion, there’s a few things that are absolutely necessary to have a successful 4th of July: Friends, family, fireworks, brilliant weather, delicious food, and last but not least… good music. Am I right or am I right?
The 4th might be one of my favorite holidays. Celebrating our independence and the beginning of summer with good times and good people makes me so happy and it’s such a treat being in Philly for it all. As night strikes, everyone heads up to their roofs and waits for the display of raining sparks. There’s at least 3-4 different firework shows that surround the city, making the sky light up in every direction. It’s a pretty special sight.
