I sound like Wolf Blitzer in the situation room, right? Lol:-) The hats are officially off for some of us. We are letting the hair breath and trying different hairstyles. Did you know that Head & Shoulders makes products for textured hair now? I kid you not! The packaging specifically says ” For textured hair” What does that even mean? The texture of any hair type is the measure of the circumference of the hair strand itself. Hair experts classify the texture of hair as being coarse, fine, or medium. Can we all pretend that they are talking to me? Because I have coarse hair, and coarse hair has the largest circumference. Well, I used their “Textured hair” line, and I cannot wait to tell you what I think about it. #WashDayExperience {1} Detangled with Alberto V05 Tea Therapy conditioner {2} Shampooed with Head and Shoulders 2-in-1 moisture care Shampoo and Conditioner {3} Deep conditioned with Arvazallia Hydrating Argan Oil Mask for about 30 minutes. {4} Rinsed my hair and added 1 part Aloe Vera juice mixed with two parts of water. {5} After my hair was about 80% dry, I added some Giovanni Direct Leave-in Conditioner and sealed the moisture in with some Jamaican black castor oil. Hair of the week The headband that I am wearing is actually a necklace. I tucked it in with the twists to add some color. I am also using a black elastic headband under it. I tucked and covered the black headband with the twists. I was not sure what to call this hairstyle, but I think that the name in the title was a perfect way to describe it. Our hair needs protection at all times. With summer being here, having loose hair on our back is certainly not a good idea. I think this is a cute hairstyle for summer. What do you think?
