My wife wanted to have the trash and recycle together in something that looked like a piece of furniture in the kitchen. I came up with this idea after looking at several in home stores that were way to expensive and had no charm. This took about 4 hours from start to finish using 100% recycled pallet wood. My wife did a whitewash finish that kept the rustic charm. It is strong enough to stand or sit on but is light enough to move easily if needed.
