ABS AND BOOTY WORKOUT!

WE BACK AT IT! 💪🏽 10 weeks post partum and I’m feeling amazing! Today’s workout was the first where I didn’t feel the need to use my belly support-exercise band (very helpful after a c section) during my workout. It felt amazing!! . . Today’s workout looked like this: 1️⃣plank to pike x10 2️⃣squat to side kick x10 3️⃣squat to knee kick x10 4️⃣sumo jump squats x20 5️⃣glute bridges x20 (extend your arms to the ceiling for an extra challenge) . .
