2. CUSTOMIZATION – Send all customization information to me in a single email. Even if we have been discussing details via convos/ e-mail, it is very important that you send everything in one e-mail – it reduces processing time, and guarantees that no details are missed out on! a. INVITE – Please confirm that information submitted by means of convo is proper, by placing it in the note to go shopping at checkout
3. Within 2 company days, Mon-Fri, you will receive your order via e-mail. The invitation will be sent out first. (* This timeframe undergoes change – have a look at my shop announcements for existing turn-around times.) I will do up to 3 modifications on the invite, and I guarantee a high quality item that you will love! File will be sent out to email address on Etsy account, unless otherwise defined. RUSH orders may be available for an added fee.
