I like this little hanger made from 1/2 in Birch with 2 Finial Caps determining 1- 1/16 x 1 inch. They are readily available in 3 colors. There is a little hole drilled in the ends so you can string ribbon or jute. All hangers have jute however can be changed out for ribbon.
